Voice Issue

1. Please check out your phone volume sound if low increase it.
2. If problem persists please reset your device but remember to take backup of your important all data of your device.
3. Still problem persist you need to visit to your nearest Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Speaker / Ringer not working

1. First you have to dial Number>>>>during this process>>>>increase your phone volume.
2. Please check volume in phone setting as well.
3. If it is not working yet, then take the phone and go to your nearest Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Camera

1. First on phone Camera, go to the option and check it.
2. If still camera not working Reset the phone or reset factory settings, but remember to back up the important Data.
3. If the problem still exists, take the phone to local Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Charger Jack is not working

Kindly clean your charger jack and charge your battery with original charger. If problem persists kindly visit to your nearest Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Bluetooth

1. Make sure Bluetooth is ON or not. Pair your Bluetooth device. Unpaired your previous added device.
2. If not working than reset your device but keep remember to take all your data backups.

SIM1/2 is not working

1. First remove the SIM Card and insert in correct direction.
2. Check whether SIM card has been damaged or scratched badly? If yes, change a new one.
3. If the above said cannot solve out the problem, take the phone and go to enquire in Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Handset dead

1. Make sure battery has power and check whether the battery is in good condition.
2. Remove battery insert it again and check.
3. Remove SIM & SD card and check. If phone starts working. Change SIM/ SD card.
4. Insert charger and check.
5. Still it not works; visit your nearest Mr Cash Authorized Service Centre.

Warranty of Mr Cash Mobile

Warranty for Mr Cash Mobile (e.g.-devices and Accessories), has been given, the warranty period starts at the time original purchase by the first end user, provided that the rest of the applicable warranty terms & conditions are met.
