1. Mr Cash guarantees to provide 1 year manufacturer warranty on the transceiver and 6 months warranty for the battery, charger & earphone applicable from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
3. Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorised. The details of service centers/support required are available at the company website www.mrcash.in or in the centralized help line.
4. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to backup data before handing over the H.Set for service. It is advised that before bringing the device first service, kindly take a backup of all the personal contents and remove any confidential, proprietary, personal information from the device. Mr Cash and its ASCs will not be responsible for any kind of direct or indirect loss of customer’s data store/saved in the H.Set (including phone book contact, SMS, emails, Ringtones, other down loaded software, etc.)
5. It is the responsibility of the customer to visit the authorised service center of the company for required services and the company shall not provide any home service for the products purchased by the customer.
6. The company shall not be responsible for the quality of any third party software being used by the customer.
7. Warranty will be applicable only after inspection of the device and clearance of condition by authorised service center personnel.
8. For any H.Set repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the repaired or replaced H.Set shall continue to be within warranty period for remaining time of the original warranty period of original handset.
9. Any claim under the warranty is subject to notification to Mr Cash or an ASC for the alleged defect within reasonable time of it occurrence and in no event later that the expiry of the warranty period.
10. Mr Cash reserves the right to charge a service fee for repair service of any nature that is not covered by this warranty.
11. Mr Cash obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or provided replacement of parts only. The maximum claim entertained by Mr Cash will be subject to maximum retail price of the H.Set purchased or the purchased price, whichever is lower.
1. Any damage caused due to any liquid, food spill or other substance entering into the handset for any reason, negligence, misuse, accident or natural disasters.
2. Use of incompatible accessories or unauthorized software.
3. Mechanical stress, impact or high voltage warranty also does not cover cracks in device display or device outer housing.
4. If the mobile IMEI number/serial number, the accessories date code, water indicator or the warranty seal has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or is illegible .
5. If the defect was caused by defective function of the service provider cellular network or other system.
6. Defect or damage resulting from use of equipment in other than its normal customary manner.
7. Defect caused due to exposure to moisture, dampness, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, corrosion, oxidation etc.
8. Defect or damage from improper testing operation, maintenance insulation, alteration, modification or adjustment.
9. Breakage or damage to equipment or its accessories unless caused directly by defects in material.
10. Defects caused by viruses from unauthorized access to services, other account, computer system or network through hacking, password-mining or through any other variety or means.
11. Defects caused in batteries due to short circuiting, charging by other than Mr Cash approved chargers, breakage or tampering of seals, uses of batteries in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.
12. Equipment without any proof of purchase being provided.
13. Defects caused due to unauthorized opening, modifying or repairing of the equipment or use of unauthorized spare parts without the permission of Mr Cash.
14. The warranty will also not cover any physical damage to the surface of the H.Set including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the LED or camera LENS.
In the above cases, repairs will be done subject availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.
